More About the Role at Suntory We’re bringing the best of Suntory to Oceania and building a best-in-class Sales team for our brand new Australian licensed function which will go-live in July 2025. We’re looking for talented and motivated individuals who are keen to further develop their career as a Territory Manager in our newly forming Licensed Field team. Managing a territory in the heart of the Sydney CBD you customer base will be a range of high-end Cocktail bars, restaurants and larger bars. With a deep understanding of our brand, products and what our customers need from us to help grow their businesses and ours, your focus will be on expanding our footprint and visibility within these venues and stores. Key responsibilities will include: Execution of assigned customer call cycle across your defined territory, including achievement of customer specific metrics, execution & compliance of promotional programs per banner or outlet Building effective relationships with customers, gaining a strong understanding of your customers business so you can support them effectively and build win/win outcomes Execution of perfect store and ranging by segmentation & outlet Sell-in and signing of pourage rights in the On-Premise channel Management of customer orders Reporting – accurate and timely reporting and recording of information in our CRM What’s in your toolkit: We’re on the look-out for individuals who are self-motivated with a strong drive for results who are keen to join a business in its infancy and be a part of building success from the ground up! Being new to market in this space, we’re setting the bar high to deliver outstanding results to our customers. Forming part of a state-based sales team, you will be a passionate team player and effectively drive towards individual and team goals and objectives.
