About the opportunity As a Human Resources Administrator, you will play a crucial role in completing transactional activities to support the employee lifecycle from recruitment to employee management across all areas of Mercy Health. This position will involve working remotely 2 days per week (following initial training) and we welcome applications from varied administrative or customer service backgrounds. In this role, you will: Manage HR processes within Workday to support employee lifecycle enquiries for all staff. Assist Hiring Manager’s with Recruitment, which will involve posting advertisements, reviewing compliance and issuing contracts. Support end-users who have questions, issues, or requests related to the Workday HCM system. Manage relevant HR inboxes and act as the first point of contact for our employees via phone and ServiceNow. Action requests by end-users, ensuring timely and accurate resolution Your attention to detail, ability to navigate HR systems, and commitment to maintaining a high level of customer service will be essential to your success in this role. A team player, who possess an ability to manage competing tasks and prioritise work in time critical environments. To thrive in this role, you will have: HRIS system experience is desirable. Prior HR Administration experience is desirable. Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
