Requirements About the Business Part of the CV group, our Asset Services business specialises in preventative and reactive maintenance across electrical, plumbing, pumping, building, fire and HVAC services. With over 220 team members, the business delivers comprehensive maintenance programs and minor works projects to critical infrastructure clients including airports, defence, facilities managers, shopping centres, builders and developers as well as Federal and State Government departments. About the Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Fire Administration Coordinator to join our Asset Services team, based at our Hendra office. The role will include, but not be limited to: Administration duties, such as compiling reports, preparing documentation, entering contracts, assisting customers etc. Maintenance of customer data base and PM contracts in Firemate. Managing our preventive maintenance schedules and compliance. Liaising with key external and internal stakeholders. Processing quotes and work orders. Creating and allocating jobs for our fire team leaders. Assist with client invoicing. Maintenance of subcontractors in our system. As we are a multi trade business, there will be opportunities to expand your portfolio of skills into Electrical, Building, Security and HVAC. About You 5 years fire administration experience. Understanding of fire industry processes and compliance Experience using firemate or similar trade specific software. Self-starter who can work autonomously and as part of a team. High level organisational and planning skills, as well as a great eye for detail. Professional with adaptable written and verbal communication skills. Ability to take ownership of the role and work under pressure.
