This is a full-time 2-year contract with a base annual salary is $78,382 11.5% Superannuation, based on a 38-hour working week. Closing date: 5:00pm, Tuesday 27th May 2025. About Us The National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) is Australia’s premier training ground for future leaders and practitioners in the dramatic arts. Located at Kensington in Sydney, it is a Centre of excellence in education and training. NIDA is unique in the world for its practice-based and industry-relevant training in the range that it offers which includes Acting, Design, Costume, Properties and Objects, Technical Theatre and Stage Management, Scenic Construction, Writing for Performance, Directing and Cultural Leadership. About the Role In this role, key responsibilities included providing high-level executive support, such as managing diaries and calendars, preparing board papers, generating presentations, and taking meeting minutes. The position requires organising meetings, liaising with directors and stakeholders, and managing sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. It involves prioritising and handling multiple competing tasks, maintaining strong attention to detail, and ensuring effective information management. The role also supports organisational change by embracing new technologies and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Collaboration across all levels of the organisation and strong problem-solving abilities are essential to deliver high-quality outcomes. About You You come with minimum 12 months proven experience in a similar administrative or executive assistant role. You have excellent attention to detail and pride yourself as an outstanding problem solver. You're collaborative, willing to embrace change and thrive in a role where you are creating presentations, board reports and supporting diary management.
