Home Claims Administrator We are seeking an experienced Property Claims Administrators to join a reputable organisation. These roles are full-time for a 4 week period. Key Details: $36/hr super Start within the week CBD Located Contract til end of June Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of home insurance repair claims end-to-end, ensuring timelines, cost, and service quality are met. Monitor and report on provider performance while driving cost efficiency. Handle client interactions, resolve complaints professionally, and deliver outstanding customer service. Maintain compliance with industry standards and WHS requirements. What You Bring: Minimum 2 years' experience in property claims management within the insurance sector ( essential ). Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders. Proven ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
