A fantastic opportunity at nbn as a Security Administration Specialist reporting to the Security Administration Team Leader A bit about your role As the Security Admin Specialist, you will be responsible for providing operations, execution and delivery of the services detailed in the Security Admin Team (SAT) Service Catalogue. These services include but are not limited to identity cards, physical access, security devices, personnel accreditation and identity and access services. In this role, you are to provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to end consumers, escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate tech group, and recording performance statistics for management. A bit about you The successful candidate will bring a background in security risk management or relevant industry experience. Proficiency in the MS Office suite and experience with Quantum Safer Tracker are highly valued. You are a quick learner, have proven skills in multitasking and adapting quickly in a fast-paced environment.
