About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organised Administrator to join our team in Lytton, QLD working with the Workshop team. The role of Asset Booking Administrator is responsible for management of the booking system to allocate assets and equipment. Duties will include but not limited to Manage the booking system to allocate assets and equipment. Manage the integrity of data and records management and data base administration. Assist in maintaining the asset management/booking software, including troubleshooting and basic updates. Suggest improvements to booking procedures and tools based on user feedback and usage patterns. Confirm asset availability and readiness before allocation or liaise with scheduling to address any identified gaps Track booking durations, returns, and potential delays. Maintain accurate records of bookings, usage history, and asset movements. Communicate with operations, yard and mob coordination, and maintenance teams to resolve scheduling conflicts. Act as the main point of contact for all asset booking-related inquiries. Communicate clearly with staff regarding booking confirmations, usage guidelines, and any scheduling changes. Provide training and support to users on how to use the booking system, if required. Ensure assets are booked and used in line with safety regulations. Flag any damaged or faulty equipment and initiate appropriate reporting or repair procedures. Requirements & Experience Needed 1-2 years’ experience in Administration or similar role. Ability to manage multiple conflicting projects. Ability to work within a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal skills. Highly motivated, driven & ability to thrive under pressure. Ability to build & maintain relationships across different stakeholder groups.
