Product Content Designer- Hybrid — North Sydney, North Sydney Area

Job Description This role is necessary to our product's success by ensuring that our messaging is both compelling and consistent across all channels. You will support the Head of Product Success by blending industry-standard analytical rigor with graphic design and storytelling skills to create impactful collateral that communicates our product's value. Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Head of Product Success Collateral Creation & Management Develop Engaging Collateral : Create high-quality marketing materials including brochures, one-pagers, case studies, and digital assets that align with product strategy. Maintain Organized Libraries : Keep all product collateral up-to-date, ensuring easy access for internal teams across Sales, Analytics, Product, and Customer Success. Design Visual Assets : Utilize graphic design skills to produce infographics, visual templates, and other creative assets that enhance product narratives. Create sales enablement materials including one pagers, battle-cards, and pitch decks. Define messaging and content to support feature and product launches. Product Marketing Analysis Market & Competitor Analysis : Conduct market research to understand customer trends, analyse competitor positioning, and identify opportunities that inform product messaging. Collaboration & Support Cross-Functional Partnership : Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure collateral meets diverse stakeholder needs and is aligned with overall product strategy. Feedback Integration : Gather insights from various teams and customer feedback to continually improve the effectiveness and impact of product materials. Who are you? Graphic Design Proficiency : Strong skills in graphic design using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva to create visually compelling collateral. Analytical Expertise : Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making within a product marketing context. Industry Insight : Familiarity with typical product marketing analyst functions, including go-to-market strategy, collateral development, and performance analysis. . Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field with 3 years of experience Prior experience in a product marketing analyst role or a product marketing associate, within a B2B or B2C environment. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Notion) for efficient collaboration and task management. Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva (preferred) to create visually compelling collateral
