Your new role As an IT Graduate, you will embark on an excitingcareer journey, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to the company'sIT initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting in the installation,configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure. Conduct of sitehardware assessments and setup of site hardware and internet connectivity Providing technical support toend-users and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Works with externalcustomers to verify documents (inductions, certificates / licences etc) inreadiness for User Acceptance Testing & Go Live Participating in systemupgrades, patches, and routine maintenance tasks. Collaborating with IT teams onvarious projects and initiatives. Provides support to Thales Australia RapidGlobal instanceadministrators to ensure readiness for User Acceptance Testing & Go Live Learning and applying bestpractices in system administration and IT security. Documenting IT processes andprocedures. Staying current with emergingtechnologies and industry trends. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will need: Australian Citizen A degree in Computer Science,Information Technology, or a related field. Basic knowledge of operatingsystems (Windows, Linux) and networking concepts. Familiarity with IT support andsystem administration tools. Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills. Excellent communication andteamwork abilities. A proactive and eager-to-learnattitude. Ability to adapt to afast-paced and dynamic work environment.
