The Job: As a Residential Sales Agent at Gartland, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end sales process—listing and selling residential property across the Greater Geelong region. You’ll lead everything from market appraisals and tailored marketing strategy through to buyer negotiations, contract oversight, settlement, and handover, ensuring your clients feel informed and supported every step of the way. You’ll spend your days engaging with sellers and buyers, fielding enquiries, conducting inspections, hosting open homes, and guiding clients through one of life’s most important decisions. Skills Required : This role suits an ambitious, well-presented professional with at least 12 months’ experience in residential real estate and a current Agent’s Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice. Saturday work is expected, with some evening flexibility required to accommodate inspections and client meetings.
