National Role About You You are a recruitment consultant who has extensive experience recruiting Executive Level roles. You have a strong working understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek and how to use these for headhunting and resourcing purposes. You have a highly tuned level of emotional intelligence and are comfortable speaking with CEOs, board directors and senior executives. You have a strong creative writing ability and are comfortable writing job advertisements, briefs and candidate reports. You are reliable, open and honest, enjoy recruitment and providing a quality service to clients. About the role Here is your opportunity to join Arete Executive, Queensland’s only research-based, fully retained executive search company. Now over 16 years old, Arete Executive provides headhunting services across most industries throughout Australia. Arete Executive continues to grow from strength to strength, and now requires an additional Executive Recruitment Consultant to join the team. This role would suit an experienced recruiter wanting to work from home or from our Brisbane city office. The hours can be very flexible to accommodate your work/lifestyle requirements (children, study, sporting commitments etc.). This role is exclusively focussed on delivering retained assignments with no sales required. To be considered, you must have a proven track record in recruitment, ideally at executive level. You must be able to hit the ground running, although you will be provided with comprehensive training in the Arete way of delivering retained search assignments.
