Our VCE VPC/VM program is dynamic, hands-on, and designed to fuel confidence, curiosity, and career pathways. We are seeking a passionate VCE VPC/VM Teacher to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in delivering engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs, fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. You will deliver foundational courses at our Broadmeadows Campus, based on an innovative 2-year program. This role provides students with practical, hands-on learning experiences while preparing them for successful transitions to apprenticeships, traineeships, further education, university, or direct employment. You'll work primarily in classrooms, and potentially online environments, creating engaging learning experiences tailored to individual student needs. Key Responsibilities Design and develop flexible learning programs that cater to different learning styles and paces Deliver practical, hands-on training in various contexts including classrooms and workplace settings Create authentic learning experiences that prepare students for real-world applications and find their unique strengths Identify and support students with language, literacy, and numeracy needs Plan and assess student learning using diverse methods beyond traditional exams Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with VET quality standards Build relationships with industry partners and community stakeholders Maintain professional knowledge, industry currency, and vocational competence Key Requirements TAE 40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (AQF 4) or currently enrolled.
