Your New Role: As a Travel Retail Field Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring sells-ins and sell-outs, and driving market share growth throughout the territory. Your key responsibilities will include: Implementing negotiated animation plans. Seizing opportunities at points of sale. Undertaking regular field visits. Coaching, training, and motivating the sales staff. Controlling merchandising. Developing strong customer relationships.
