Marketplace: Champion client (B2B) engagement: support onboarding, monthly client touchpoints, and proactive customer check-ins. Promote platform use and optimise listings to increase dealer-generated revenue. Keep the social channels active with daily posts, engaging content, and promotional campaigns. Support lead generation through coordinated marketing and Google Ads monitoring. Assist in reporting on marketplace performance and dealer engagement insights. Brand & Social Media Support Assist with producing and scheduling organic and paid social content across platforms. Support the development of branded sales materials, email templates, and campaign assets. Help monitor ad performance, budget pacing, and provide insights for optimisation. Keep brand assets and collateral organised and up to date. Assist with marketing research, competitor monitoring, and basic reporting. We’d Love Someone Who: Has 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or sales support role (or relevant internship). Understands the basics of social media management (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) and Canva. Is familiar with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or willing to learn quickly. Is highly organised, adaptable, and confident working with clients and internal stakeholders. Brings energy, creativity, and a “can-do” attitude to each day.
