Job details Location: Kempsey Salary: $30 - $35 per hour Job Type: Contract Discipline: Administration & Office Support Professional Support Reference: V-127050 Posted: 27 days ago Share this job Job description District Administration Officer – Contract position Initial 6 month contract Full time, Monday to Friday NSW Government client Kempsey location – Full time on site About the role Provide a full range of administrative and clerical support services, including filing and records management, mail receipt and sorting, maintenance of registers, photocopying, compilation of manuals and reports to support the smooth running of activities Coordinate office systems, procedures and organisational methods to improve office efficiency in accordance with policies, procedures and standard Respond to incoming enquiries (over the phone or face to face), providing information and referring enquiries in an effective and responsive manner Coordinate meetings including preparing agendas, organising venues and catering and distributing minutes to contribute to the smooth running of meetings Skills & Experience Experience working in customer facing roles, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service Familiarity with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and willingness to learn new systems Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work well with colleagues, contributing positively to a team environment Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines Valid Driver's License and willingness and ability to travel Click APPLY if you are interested!
