Build strong relationships with new and existing customers by understanding their needs and providing proactive support. Collaborate with Counter Sales and Regional Sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Resolve customer complaints and manage product returns efficiently while maintaining a positive experience. Coordinate with delivery drivers and warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely deliveries. Perform general administrative tasks, including order processing, stock control, and assisting with stocktaking. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products based on customer preferences.
