About the Role As the Senior Contract Administrator, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of a high-profile project. You’ll oversee the full contract administration lifecycle, manage key subcontractor relationships, and ensure all commercial aspects align with the project timeline and budget. You’ll also be a mentor to junior staff, fostering growth and ensuring best practices are shared across the team. Key Responsibilities: Administer head and subcontractor contracts from procurement to final close-out Manage project budgets, variations, and progress claims Mitigate contractual risks and support the project team on commercial matters Lead and guide a small commercial team, fostering professional development Work closely with the Project Manager and site team to ensure smooth project delivery About You: Minimum 5 years’ experience in contract administration within the construction industry Proven experience on education or other social infrastructure projects is highly desirable Strong understanding of contract law, commercial management, and project controls Leadership skills and a passion for mentoring junior team members Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Why this role?
