This role is essential in managing our shipping container operations, ensuring a timely and efficient movement of goods. Key Responsibilities: Obtain and manage quotations from shipping lines and airlines. Coordinate with customs brokers and shipping lines for smooth operations. Track and report on shipment status regularly and notify stakeholders of any delays in shipments. Update and maintain shipment schedules and statuses. Arrange payment for local charges with shipping lines. Oversee and coordinate metro deliveries and keep project tracking reports current and accurate. Ad hoc duties such as generating and distributing weekly reports to accounting, warehouse, and other relevant departments. Must-Have Attributes: Minimum of 1 year experience in logistics or related field. Strong customer service skills. Basic understanding of import sea and air processes.
