The Opportunity We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Workplace & Safety team in Sydney working 2 - 3 days per week. This position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced legal professionals and gain valuable insights into the legal field. If you are a proactive individual with a passion for litigation, this role is ideal for you. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain case calendars, including scheduling and tracking court dates and deadlines. Prepare and file legal documents with courts and government agencies in accordance with procedural requirements. Assist in the preparation of legal briefs by compiling and organising supporting documentation, including exhibits and transcripts. Draft, organise, and maintain cost agreements and other legal correspondence. Coordinate and process letters of appointment and related legal documentation. About You A current Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor student Must be completing your university studies either at the end of 2025, or beginning of 2026 (candidates will not be considered outside of this range) Paralegal experience in a litigation or insurance setting is required Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Why WK?
