They have an exciting new opportunity for a skilled Lotus Domino Administrator to manage and maintain their IBM/HCL Lotus Domino infrastructure based out of Queensland Australia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system administration, troubleshooting, upgrades, security management, and ensuring optimal performance of the Domino environment. Key Responsibilities: • Administer, maintain, and support Lotus Domino servers and related applications. • Monitor system performance, diagnose issues, and implement necessary fixes or optimizations. • Perform installation, configuration, and upgrades of Lotus Domino and Notes clients. • Manage user accounts, email services, and database administration within the Domino environment. • Ensure data backup, disaster recovery, and high availability solutions are in place. • Troubleshoot and resolve email delivery issues, replication problems, and connectivity issues. • Implement security measures, including access controls, encryption, and compliance with company policies. • Collaborate with IT teams on migrations, integrations, and system improvements. • Generate reports on system performance, incidents, and maintenance activities. • Provide technical support and training to end-users when needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 5 to 6 years of experience as a Lotus Domino Administrator or in a similar role. • Expertise in Lotus Domino Server and Domino Web Administration. • Strong understanding of LotusScript, Formula Language, and @Functions. • Experience with SMTP, LDAP, POP3, IMAP, and replication settings. • Knowledge of security configurations, encryption, and authentication methods in Domino. • Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems for server management. • Ability to troubleshoot email routing, replication conflicts, and database corruption. • Experience in system upgrades, patches, and migrations to newer Domino versions. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
