Base salary of $60k - $70k Super Competitive Commission Structure with uncapped earnings (OTE $120k and above) Hybrid work set-up with 1 day in office in Cheltenham or fully remote for the right candidate Direct partnership with the business owner to develop and execute your own strategy Full autonomy to build your own client portfolio and brand presence Career progression opportunities into General Management of business development and sales, building out and managing your own BDR team A dynamic environment where you can make a direct impact on the company's future What will you do? Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and market insights to grow the client base in a way that you see fit. Build deep, meaningful relationships with clients, gaining a strong understanding of their brand, goals, and needs to deliver bespoke branded merchandise solutions - whilst executing your own sales strategy aligned with business objectives. Partner directly with the owner to reshape and drive the company’s growth strategy, giving you a real opportunity to influence change. Represent the company at key industry events, networking functions, and client presentations, establishing your personal brand while generating leads. Stay ahead of market trends, offering innovative solutions to keep clients at the cutting edge of the industry. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of high-quality products, exceeding client expectations. What do you need? Self-driven with a dynamic personality, ready to embrace being an integral part of building something bigger. Digital marketing qualification and/or experience. Strong familiarity with Social Media platforms. Proven success in sales is desirable but not essential. High energy, enthusiasm, and a results-driven mindset. A valid Driver’s License.
