About the Role We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our growing team.This newly created position is responsible for supporting our broad range of users across multiple business entities. As Microsoft 365 Administrator, your key responsibilities will include: Overseeing the setup, management and configuration of Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive to ensure optimum performance and maximum alignment with business requirements. User administration and support. Security and compliance implementation and monitoring to ensure effective protection of sensitive data and information. Monitoring and reporting to identify continuous improvement opportunities and support strategic decision making that enhances service delivery. Our new team member will have: Demonstrated experience providing M365 management and support within a commercial environment. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and services, such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune etc and solid experience with Microsoft 365 administration tools, such as the Admin Centre, PowerShell, Azure portal, etc. Bachelors degree in Technology or a related field will be favourably regarded. Understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies, such as hybrid cloud, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, etc. Excellent organisational skills, ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities. Advanced verbal and written communication skills with a customer service orientation and commitment to responsiveness.
