Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following: performing research into, analysing and reporting on legal issues drafting simple correspondence and legal instruments for review by a more senior lawyer developing simple template documents to be used by the Commission’s operational teams assisting on matters being conducted by more senior lawyers, and with support, having carriage of routine matters with support, reviewing evidence and interpreting applicable laws to reach a sound legal conclusion or form a strong legal argument collating and maintaining an organised collection of legal advice obtained by OGC from external lawyers developing and maintaining a library of legal resources.
