The Role: As the Administration Team Leader , you will play a vital role in supporting the International Administration Manager and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of global export processes. You will oversee export order management, inventory allocation, and shipment planning while working closely with internal teams to drive operational effectiveness. You will also provide leadership to the export administration team and support global process improvements in line with the overall Global Admin Strategy. Key Responsibilities: Act as second-in-charge (2IC) to the International Administration Manager, providing leadership and guidance to the export administration team. Drive continuous improvement in export processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness across Intercompany Offices and global operations. Support inventory allocation and shipment prioritization by balancing Export Customer and Intercompany requirements to optimize inventory, logistics and customer service levels. Lead project and process management initiatives, ensuring effective implementation of operational enhancements. Conduct bi-weekly meetings with key operational and inventory stakeholders to align on priorities, address challenges, and drive continuous improvement. Project & Change Management – Ability to support implementation of operational changes, ensuring smooth transitions while managing risks and expectations. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, behaviours and experience: Proven leadership skills with the ability to support and guide a team. Ability to be a key decision-maker in the absence of the International Administration Manager. Proficient in Excel, with the ability to perform data analysis. Familiarity with inventory processes is a plus. Knowledge of exporting and shipping is an advantage though not essential. Experience with JDE and OBIEE systems is highly desirable, including report writing skills. Detail-Oriented & organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and stakeholders while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, for successful collaboration across all levels of the organisation including Senior Management. Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to quickly resolve challenges related to export orders, inventory, or shipments.
