Job Description Legal Support: Assist the General Counsel and legal team with day-to-day legal tasks, including legal research, drafting, editing, and proofreading legal documents and contracts. Document Management : Coordinate the procurement contract execution request (PCER) process and manage the filing and storage of legal documents (both online and hard copy). Compliance and Quality Control : Ensure legal documents comply with formatting and documentation standards and maintain accurate and relevant legal files. General Administrative Support : Provide administrative support, including typing, scanning, document comparisons, mail handling, and maintaining filing systems. Additional Research and Assistance: Conduct research for the legal team as needed and assist with other administrative tasks for the General Counsel. Required Skills and Competencies Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field. Proven experience as a paralegal in a corporate or in-house legal department. Advanced computer skills, including MS Word, with experience using Sharepoint considered a plus. Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a discreet and professional approach to handling confidential information.
