Real Estate & Property Leasing Brisbane Permanent / Full Time Posted: 14/5/2025 $100,000-$100,000 p/a Brisbane CBD based Provide support for a group of leasing executives Previous leasing experience required Property Network of Australia is seeking a Lease Administrator to work for a privately owned property investment and management group with a diverse portfolio of retail and commercial assets across Australia. We are looking for an individual with previous or current experience in a leasing administration or paralegal-style role within the commercial or retail property industry. The Lease Administrator will be responsible for supporting the leasing function through accurate lease documentation, efficient liaison with legal representatives, and maintaining precise lease records and reporting. The ideal candidate will have previous or existing experience working in a Lease Administrator or Leasing Paralegal role within the property industry, or exposure to working in a fast-paced dynamic work environment. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Manage lease documentation and property-related processes to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. Liaise with external solicitors and internal stakeholders to track and execute lease agreements. Maintain updated lease records including outgoings, rent reviews, insurance, and guarantees. Support the leasing team by coordinating documentation and preparing leasing reports and correspondence. Minute fortnightly leasing meetings and maintain the weekly Leasing Activity Tracker. Collaborate with the wider property management and finance teams to ensure data integrity. Perform administrative tasks including filing, data management, and document collation. Assist with general support across the leasing and property teams as required. The ideal candidate will have: Experience in lease administration, property legal support, or commercial leasing documentation. Strong working knowledge of the Retail Shop Leases Act (QLD and/or NSW). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and ideally MRI software. Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills. Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with legal, finance, and property stakeholders.
