About the role At Mikarie, we are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. You will Guide and support a team of educators through the development and delivery of high quality education and care programs. Maintain positive and collaborative relationships with the team and families. Provide knowledge and guidance towards the delivery of our weekly inclusive playgroup together with experienced Sylvanvale Therapists from the Clinical Services Team and Childcare Director. Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA assessed equivalent) Experience, knowledge and understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards Demonstrated experience and understanding in supporting children's behaviours and positive guidance techniques Interest, ability and experience in supporting children with additional needs planning processes Strong communication skills to liaise with staff, parents and management High level of skills in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate (needs and interest based) programs for all children 0-5 years Exceptional knowledge of the National Quality Framework, Law and Regulations and the ratings and assessment accreditation process ACECQA Benefits of working with us Amazing people and great teammates. 17.5% annual leave loading Pay less tax and take more pay home with attractive salary packaging options.
