About the role As an Inside Sales Specialist , you’ll be the driving force behind our growth—converting inbound leads, building strong relationships, and guiding customers through the benefits of our industry-leading payment solutions. Whether you're working with small businesses or large enterprises, your role is to educate, inspire, and help them see the value in our services. What You’ll Be Doing Engaging with inbound leads and identifying sales opportunities; Making outbound calls to nurture relationships and convert prospects into customers; Understanding business needs and presenting tailored solutions that drive success; Coaching customers on how to maximise our services to fuel their business growth; Generating referrals by delivering exceptional customer experiences; Working alongside a dynamic, fast-growing team to execute our sales strategy. About you You a natural communicator with a passion for sales. You you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every conversation is an opportunity. You’ll be a great fit if you have: Previous experience in inbound or outbound telesales in a B2B environment; Excellent communication skills making complex ideas easy to understand; A consultative sales approach, you listen, understand, and provide solutions; Strong time management and a keen eye for detail; A self-driven, motivated mindset with a passion for achieving targets; A customer-first attitude and you genuinely care about their success' Interest in FinTech, Software, or Technology—bonus points if you have experience in these industries! Salary The salary for this role is a base of $70, 000 per annum superannuation commission with an On Target Earning (OTE) of $100, 000 per annum superannuation.
