About the Role As a Senior Systems Administrator you will provide high-level technical support and advice to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. You'll work alongside other ICT teams including Networking, Architecture, and Product & Project Management. Key Responsibilities Deliver expert-level support and systems administration in Microsoft environments. Contribute to the design and presentation of IT solutions for tenders and proposals. Lead architecture and implementation of on-prem solutions including PoCs and demos. Guide customer onboarding and research emerging technologies. Identify risks, recommend improvements, and support strategic service enhancements. Provide accurate documentation, analysis, and infrastructure advice. Requirements Expert in Microsoft Windows Server Administration Experience with VMware virtual server management Skilled in scripting & automation (PowerShell, VBScript) Strong knowledge of Windows OS (Desktop & Server) Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP Experience with Microsoft MECM , MSI , MSIX MEC administrator skills (OS deployments, apps, updates) Experience with Windows Defender Application Control (preferred) Ready to apply?
