Travel Admin Coordinator — Notting Hill, Monash Area

Travel Admin Coordinator (Temp, 3-month contract) Location: Notting Hill, VIC Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday We’re looking for a Travel Admin Coordinator for a 3-month contract to manage travel arrangements and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will have experience in travel coordination and administration, with a strong understanding of Australian geography. Responsibilities: Organise travel, flights and accommodation for the business Provide general office and HR administrative support Assist with onboarding and employee documentation Liaise with project managers and external stakeholders Requirements: Previous experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude Familiarity with Australian geography Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines If you’re organised, proactive and enjoy a varied role, apply today!
