About The Role: The successful candidate will play an integral role in the provision of food and nutrition services to patients and guests, and is the initial engagement point with the Food Services department across SVHA Private Division hospitals. The position holder will be responsible for assisting patients as well as their guests and family members with meal selections via the electronic system, telephone, or in person from patients' rooms (for patients screened as needing assistance). The Call Center Assistant will utilise the CBORD software system, which interfaces with the patient electronic medical record, answer patient calls, enter meal orders into CBORD and aid patients with menu selections that are in accordance with their prescribed diet. About You: As an outstanding Call center assistant, you are a master of customer service. Your skills will include: Can do attitude. Great communication skills. Eye for detail. One of Sydney’s premier private hospitals. Close by to train stations at North Sydney, St Leonards, and Crows Nest, and buses on Pacific Highway. The only Australian hospital that is a member of the International Society of Orthopaedic Centres. Core specialties include Obstetrics, Orthopaedics including hip and knee joint replacements, bone and sports injuries, cardiology, cancer care and surgery, lung and vascular medicine, ear, nose and throat surgery, urology, endocrine surgery, and neurosurgery.
