We are expanding our team and would love you to join us! You will play a key part in the learning experiences of our students and be part of the successful delivery of the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program. Deliver language, literacy, numeracy & digital skills training Be part of making a difference in the community The opportunity: Use your experience to engage students, use effective learning techniques and maintain a student centred approach Identify barriers to learning to support student attendance Bring learning to life for students and use different forms of communication to gain positive outcomes Conduct pre-training assessments and implement training to meet contract requirements About you: Ability to work with a diverse participants Be a driven, supportive and community minded person, working with learners and in some regions, non-English speakers to support them in building future opportunities for themselves through learning Able to motivate and upskill jobseekers to improve their LLN skills to complete education and gain employment Have the capacity and desire to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment at any given time Excellent skills in training facilitation and assessment within vocational area Qualifications: Current Cert IV TAE or Diploma in Adult Education plus Bachelor with TESOL or An undergraduate degree with a post graduate qualification in TESOL or equivalent qualifications or willingness to complete a post graduate qualification in TESOL Knowledge of the Australian Core Skills Framework preferred Diversity and Inclusion We are proud to hold the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) Employer of Choice Citation and be a recognised Disability Confident Company.
