About the role McConnell Dowell Diona Joint Venture (MDJV) is one of three Major Framework Partners working together with our client to deliver a multi-billion Capital Delivery Program to improve water and sewerage services for South Australians. The Water Civil program typically consists of North of Metropolitan Adelaide, Central Northern, Northern region, Southern region and Eyre region. MJDV are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Administrator to support Metro Growth team in Adelaide. Offering support to a number of operational areas, the successful candidate will enjoy a diverse range of tasks to include: Arranging travel requirements for delivery teams including flights, accommodation and transportation as required. Maintaining site roster up to date. Gathering due diligence of new employees and subcontractors which will include booking pre-employment medicals. Managing the full mobilisation of new personnel and subcontractors. Scheduling training for personnel. Updating training matrix with relevant tickets and qualifications. Reviewing timesheets fortnightly. Ad hoc requests as required. About you Ability to operate with minimal direction, prioritise work requirements and effectively manage time. Previous experience working in a construction environment highly regarded. A valid drivers’ licence and construction industry induction card (White Card). Strong attention to detail, interpersonal and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (Advanced) Don’t tick all the boxes but you’re still excited about this opportunity?
