In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of maintenance services including planned maintenance, repairs and modifications at the Customer’s site and in accordance with the Customer’s requirements and within the Company’s guidelines and procedures. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Conduct mechanical repairs and maintenance of customer units which includes preventative service and break-downs in a timely manner. Maintaining professional level of customer service with all TMHA clients and customers. Ability to maintain accurate records of job sheets, timesheets and any other administrative components. Qualifications, Requirements & Skills: Current Driver's licence. Relevant trade qualification (Forklift Mechanic, Automotive Electrician/Light Vehicle Mechanic, Heavy Vehicle, Plant, Diesel Mechanic). Previous experience within the forklift industry or similar in an associated industry. Can Demonstrate: Good diagnostic and repair skills. Strong work ethic and self-motivation. Well-developed mechanical aptitude. Good time management skills with the ability to work independently. Strong oral and written communication skills.
