As part of the finance team, you’ll report to the Financial Controller and be responsible for the following: Process bi-weekly customer billing by raising invoices, submitting to customer allocation sheets, and uploading to the customer portal. Perform customer audits to verify invoices, approvals, and correct PO allocations. Open jobs in internal job management and accounting systems. Provide backup support for USA accounts payable. Handle ad hoc audits and tasks as directed by the GFC. Australia Responsibilities: Manage monthly customer billing, including raising invoices for fixed contracts, variations, and milestones. Run job transaction reports and upload to QuickBase system. Open and close jobs in job management and accounting systems. Provide backup support for the AUS accounts payable function. Handle ad hoc tasks as directed by the GFC. International Responsibilities: Onboarding New hire processing Scheduling physical and drug screening appointments Review physical and drug screening results Manage the new hire run internal system Email new hire documents Review new hire documents Review new hire compliance requirements Personnel Compliance Manage expired driver licenses Manage expired work authorisations What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking an adaptable, dynamic accounts professional with: Accounts Payable experience. Proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel at an intermediate level. A problem-solving mindset and investigative nature. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
