Warehouse Manager (Frenchs Forrest) Reports To: Director of Operations Location: Frenchs Forest, Sydney Position Summary NEXTGEN is seeking an experienced and driven Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our Frenchs Forest warehouse. This critical role ensures the seamless receipt, storage, and dispatch of high-value technology hardware and accessories across our vendor and partner network. As a key member of the Operations team, you will take ownership of warehouse processes, including inventory and logistics systems. This role is ideal for a hands-on, solutions-focused individual. A background in tech or electronics distribution and a passion for operational excellence is adventageous. Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, and dispatch coordination Ensure efficient and accurate handling of all hardware, components, and accessories across the lifecycle Drive best practice standards in warehousing, logistics, and workplace health & safety Maintain accurate stock records, perform regular stocktakes, and proactively address discrepancies Collaborate with the Operations and Sales teams to align stock availability with forecasted demand Champion and develop a high-performance culture within the warehouse team, focused on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement Partner with Exclusive Networks Global Deals Desk to manage the logistics of complex, multi-country transactions Own and manage freight provider relationships, including performance reviews and data insights Monitor and report on warehouse KPIs to track performance and inform business decisions Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Technical, and Finance) to support timely customer delivery and exceptional service Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in tech, electronics, or IT distribution Strong working knowledge of warehouse systems and technologies (e.g., WMS, barcode scanning, ERP platforms) Proven leadership capability with experience managing and developing warehouse teams Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Highly organised, analytical thinker with a practical approach to problem-solving Current forklift licence and thorough knowledge of WHS standards and compliance is a must Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a focus on continuous improvement Have full working rights for Australia.
