HSEQ Administrator — Bayswater, Bayswater Area

THE ROLE We currently have an exciting opportunity for a HSEQ Administrator to join our HSEQ Division. This position is based at our CBD head office and offered on a full time permanent basis. This role will encompass: Managing the HSEQ inbox Collating HSEQ data, reviewing, updating and maintaining statistics and compiling reports Maintaining HSEQ Department Document Management Managing HSEQ databases and systems Creating and managing HSEQ dashboards, spreadsheets and reports Preparing and distributing HSEQ correspondence throughout the business and subsidiary companies ABOUT YOU The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: Experience with document and record management systems Demonstrated ability to maintain quality and attention to detail when working to deadlines Certificates IV in Work Health and Safety, Quality Assurance or desire to work towards completion is an advantage Strong communication skills Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment Experienced user of the Microsoft Office suite of programs IN RETURN You will be joining an existing team that will give you the onboarding and training to create a successful career with Linkforce.
