The Opportunity Our valued client in Tongala is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse / Yard Coordinator to join their team in a full-time capacity. Reporting directly to the Mill Manager and working onsite, this is a key operational role that requires collaboration across all site teams. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day operational support to Production and Inventory teams Oversee and coordinate bulk bag packing, production, and distribution Maintain stock control within the mill, including regular stocktakes and variance reporting Uphold GMP standards across the warehouse and yard areas Backfill operational roles as needed to ensure continuity Monitor product quality and output consistency Contribute actively to safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives on site What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring: Minimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Proven background in logistics, warehousing, raw material procurement, or team coordination Strong understanding of continuous improvement principles with examples of practical application Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office tools Sound knowledge of warehouse inventory systems A current forklift licence Physical fitness to meet the demands of a hands-on operational role Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment will be highly regarded. A strong commitment to safety and a proactive, team-oriented attitude are essential.
