In this permanent role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and flow of goods to support the companies mission to provide an excellent customer experience. Key responsibilities and duties of the role: Leverage your expertise as a warehouse store-person and forklift operation to support effective warehouse management. Accurately pick-pack and prepare items for dispatch. Organise courier collection to meet delivery schedules. Accurately receipt in production builds and products. Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to ensure efficient use of warehouse space and continuous improvement of warehouse procedures. Commit to safety and quality, uphold the highest standard of workplace safety. Preferred experience for the position: Valid LF forklift licence with high reach & counterbalance experience. Demonstrated experience in a warehouse or similar production environment. Proficiency in using ERP systems, such as SAP, to facilitate warehouse operations. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and stock levels. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with colleagues and customers. Commitment to customer service and continuous improvement.
