Opportunity: Nobul Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a reputable plumbing company to fill a rare Junior Receptionist position within their business. This role will be Full-time in office, managing inbound and outbound phone calls and front of house duties. About the role: Reception duties. Answering the office phone & directing calls. Spreadsheet data entry & uploading documents. Meeting & greeting clients. Weekly Reporting. Ordering Office Supplies and keeping the kitchen restocked. Formatting documents. Assisting the Directors and teams with various AD-HOC tasks. Taking minutes for meetings. Assisting with event planning. About you: You have a high level of accuracy and a keen eye for detail. Impeccable presentation. You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and priorities workflow. You’re system savvy. Minimum 1-year recent experience in Administration/reception roles. High level of accuracy in data entry. Have a can-do positive attitude.
