What We’re Looking For: A results-driven technical sales professional with expertise in robotic systems Proven experience managing full sales cycles, focusing on complex robotic solutions for system integrators Skilled at identifying growth opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving long-term business success Technically proficient in robotics and PLC programming, with a strong knowledge of automation solutions and capital equipment Experienced hunter mentality and consultative selling, with a focus on fostering lasting customer partnerships A track record of exceeding sales targets, leveraging strategic, solutions-based selling approach TO BE SUCCESSFUL Your proven track record in sales, combined with your ability to meet deadlines and deliver results, will position you for success in this role. The ideal candidate will bring the following skills and attributes: Experience with KUKA robotic systems is highly regarded. Solid technical background in robotics, automation, capital equipment, or related technologies Strong analytical and problem solving skills with sharp attention to detail Ability to succeed both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication skills with a consultative approach to sales and client relationships.
