ABOUT THE BUILDER Our client is a long standing Mid Tier builder who has incorporated the latest technology and modern management while still upholding old fashion values and standards. Over many years they have built a business that operates in multiple states on the East and West coasts. They are a diversified builder completing a large range of commercial projects from health, age care, education from primary to tertiary, industrial, retail, airports, fitout and refurbs, you name it, they have built in their long history. ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Right now they have a $60mil multi level age care project in the southern suburbs of Brisbane that requires an up and coming Contract Administrator to help deliver it. This is a site based role and you will work closely with your PM and Site Manager to deliver the project with the aim of building solid relationships with the trades and where issues are dealt with by a bit of give and take or win win outcome. WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL A site supervisors licence plus experience working with other Mid Tier or larger commercial builders on similar projects.
