This in-office role is all about providing exceptional customer care, order support, and technical product advice to our B2B clients. Key responsibilities: Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email Process orders and communicate lead times/ETAs Update customer records in SYMPAC Support external sales reps with day-to-day needs Identify and escalate sales opportunities Own customer issues from start to finish What You’ll Bring Experience in customer service, ideally in industrial tools or safety equipment Confident phone skills and active listening CRM experience (SYMPAC preferred) or a fast learner Ability to handle large product catalogues and complex enquiries A friendly attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn About Sedl Agencies We’re a family-owned business built on strong relationships and expert service.
