Our client provides engineering, design & construction services to Aviation industry and requires a civil drafter with experience with airport strip design or experience with road pavements / bitumen / civil design. The position will be required to provide technical drawings services to the engineering department. The successful applicant will be working within a company experienced in all facets of airport design, construction and operation. REGULAR TASKS • Drafting of construction plans • Earthworks volume balancing and calculations • Provision of aircraft apron parking solutions • Drafting Obstacle Limitation Surface plans • Drafting line marking and lighting layout plans Software Experience AutoCAD drafting software 12D or AutoDesk Civil 3D earthworks modelling software AviPlan aircraft movement modelling software Other components of AutoDesk Infrastructure Design Suite Essential Criteria: Preferably a Diploma in Drafting, Surveying, Engineering or related discipline, but not essential Remuneration Salary will be negotiable and circa starting 95k-120k super overtime dependent on experience for the right individual with all of the above experience.
