About the Role You’ll be supporting participants with varying needs, including individuals with: Intellectual and physical disabilities Dementia, bipolar disorder, autism, and epilepsy PEG feeding requirements Seizure management and manual handling (including hoisting) You will assist in promoting independence, providing personal care, supporting daily living activities, and ensuring clients feel respected, valued, and empowered. What We’re Looking For A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping others Experience in support work (minimum 3 years preferred) Comfortable managing medication, PEG feeding, and seizure care Skilled in manual handling and hoisting procedures Ability to work across various shifts (morning, day, evening, afternoon) Ready to start ASAP with no planned leave for the next 3–6 months Requirements Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate Current Driver’s License Customer service experience is a plus, but not essential Why Join UDC?
