Purpose of the Role: As our new Senior Manager Sales, you will lead, coach, and develop a large team of Sales Consultants & Team Leaders, to achieve exceptional sales performance. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth across Auto & General & our partnerships. You will: Support the development of the Department’s strategic and operational objectives and lead the operational execution of plans Lead, motivate, and inspire a large team of Sales Professionals to deliver exceptional customer service, whilst fostering a culture of high performance with high integrity Develop and implement effective coaching and training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the Sales teams including identifying talent within the team and providing opportunities for growth and development Provide support to the Leadership Team to enable Sales Teams to maximise sales aligned to meet and exceed KPI's Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions and drive sales performance by setting ambitious, yet achievable targets Oversee the successful initiation, planning and execution of sales initiatives within the set scope, time, and quality standards I n collaboration with key stakeholders provide recommendations on reward and incentive programs Proactively identify and address emerging trends and market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge and contribute to the planning and implementation of contact centre strategies and operations Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements as well as identifying and reporting potential risks or inadequate controls related to compliance or operational risks Knowledge and Experience: Proven track record of success in leading, managing & coaching high-performing sales teams within a contact centre environment Ability to make informed decisions to support the operational needs of the business Deep understanding of the general insurance industry, including legislative, regulatory and compliance obligations to operate in the Financial Services Regulatory environment Excellent communication skills and able to build strong relationships Sound judgment skills with the ability to interpret and evaluate information along with high level conceptual, analytical & problem-solving skills Excellent understanding of People Change Management & high level of Project Management experience Prior experience with volume recruitment processes Our Perks: Location – North Lakes: This role is based at our North Lakes office.
