The Role: We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Contracts Administrator to join our high-performing team based in Osborne Park, WA . This is a key role in ensuring the effective management, negotiation, and administration of commercial contracts across a variety of infrastructure and utility projects. Key Responsibilities: Tender and Estimating Support Advise and support the Estimating Team during tender preparation Evaluate subcontractor proposals for compliance and value Assist in the development of clear, strategic win plans Coordinate insurance, security requirements, and risk registers during the bid process Support contract negotiation and approvals for execution Contracts Management Provide contract management advice and oversight to operational and leadership teams Administer and track variations, claims, and site instructions Review high-value claims and contractual risks prior to client submission Ensure contract compliance across all project phases Support commercial correspondence, claims, and project close-out documentation Participate in acquisition assessments and client negotiations About You: You’ll be a commercially minded professional with a proactive approach to risk and contract management, confident in navigating complex agreements and collaborating across teams. Essential Requirements: Qualifications in contracts or commercial/business law Minimum 3 years’ experience in a contract management or commercial role Strong understanding of AS4000 suite, Bespoke Contracts, and various contract structures (e.g. cost plus, Pain/Gain) Demonstrated negotiation experience and commercial insight OH&S White Card, National Police Clearance, and “C” Class Driver’s Licence High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook) Strong attention to detail, communication, time management, and analytical skills Ability to work independently and in team environments Desirable: Project Management qualifications and experience Experience in tender proposal environments Background in the communications, electricity, infrastructure, utilities, or construction sectors Why Join Genus Plus?
