We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Software Developer with a primary focus on Front-End Development and a Support Engineer with experience in the software development lifecycle and collaborating closely with the Project Team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in computer science principles , excellent front-end development skills , a keen eye for design , and a dedication to providing exceptional customer support . This role is responsible for creating user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces from concept to implementation while actively participating in project lifecycle management, focusing on front-end, design, and potential back-end elements. You will be involved in the project's full life cycle. As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring system stability and user satisfaction. In addition to development, design, and support, the successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our Business as Usual (BAU) operations and will be part of the team providing 24/7 first-tier support . Tasks and Qualifications: Responsibilities: Software Developer &Front-End Designer Participate across the full SDLC: demos, design, development, SIT, UAT, go-live, and post go-live support Conceive, design, and develop high-quality, responsive, and maintainable code using C#, JavaScript, Python, and Java Create and implement wireframes and prototypes using Design Tools (e.g., Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD) Optimise performance and ensure adherence to branding/design principles Collaborate with the Project & Software Teams to integrate front-end with system architecture Support Engineer: Deliver first-tier 24/7 customer support (on-call roster) across front-end and back-end Troubleshoot BAU incidents (Sev1/Sev2), implement change requests, and support end-user enquiries Ensure system stability and user satisfaction with excellent service and communication Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science 3 years’ experience in front-end development, support engineering, and UI/UX design Proficient in C#, JavaScript, Python, Java; familiar with .NET Core and SQL Experience with React, Angular, or Vue, and REST APIs Skilled in HTML, CSS, and design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills Clear communicator with a calm, customer-focused approach Nice-to-Have Skills: Git, Agile experience, system monitoring tools Warehouse operations knowledge is a bonus.
