WHAT’S ON OFFER Brand new $100m Government project in the Western Suburbs. Full site team, excellent trades, great systems and scope to move into a SCA role for future works. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES In-depth understanding of, and the ability to manage, all facets of the subcontract process. This begins at tendering through preparation and letting, payment, and post project completion Proficient in all contractual matters and the ability to communicate this knowledge in a practical and meaningful way to the project team Understand and comply with the company business systems. Administer projects ensuring accuracy of records and timely communication of all project details Assist the Senior Contract Administrator with project financial reporting and analysis Develop an understanding and working knowledge of project planning and programming Ensure safety compliance on site within your roles and responsibilities KEY REQUIREMENTS Tertiary qualification in either Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Civil Engineering Minimum 5-7 years previous experience, where you have negotiated and let contracts across a range of trades Solid knowledge of subcontract tendering, standards, procedures and the competitive market Proven local industry experience on $100m plus commercial / government building projects Exceptional client management skills Superior written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail Proficiency in Jobpac or CHEOPS is advantageous If you would like to find out more and are generally interested in furthering your career, than please contact [email protected] or call David Shapiro on 0416 214 189.
