What you’ll be doing As our new Sales Administration Manager , you'll lead a high-performing support function that enables the sales team to focus on what they do best—closing deals. You’ll drive efficiency, accuracy, and insight across all administrative processes, ensuring s mooth operations across the sales cycle. Manage a team of 5 Administrators to deliver timely and accurate administrative sales support. Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for senior leadership. Be apart of our event coordination team for monthly sales kick off, quarterly conferences and team incentives. Identify process gaps and implement improvements to drive operational excellence. Own end-to-end contract processing and ensure compliance with internal policies. Who we’re looking for 3 years in a administration leadership role – You know what makes a high-functioning administration team & know how to coach and mentor individuals to high performance Excel proficiency – You can confidently manage users, data, and dashboards. Salesforce experience would be advantageous Eye for detail – You pride yourself on data accuracy and quality control. Strong communicator – You translate business needs into action plans and keep stakeholders informed. Team-first mindset – You love bringing people together and leading with positivity. Process-driven – You thrive on efficiency and structure, and bring continuous improvement energy.
